Lolicon art is usually concerned with female characters between the ages of 8 and 13,but sometimes we also get photos of those aged between 3, 4 and 17, 18 in Japanese rorikon.. These type of Illustrated lolicon is very well legal in Japan, but actual child pornography has become illegal since the year 2000. The lolicon manga drawing from actual underage models is no more allowed now. Since lolicon is also legal in the United States, but outlawed in other countries including Canada.
